It is be.cause of weakness after pneumonia that you fell chill.it will last only for few days.

usually people should be feeling better within 3 days. If you're not, you should recheck with your doctor, cause maybe the antibiotic is not effective for that particular pneumonia. You might feel weak for a week or so, but usually symptoms are much better in 3 days.
