i was on tank hill in 1985,i would like to find some pics of ft jackson from the 80's.i looked on googgle earth and it looks like there tore down our old barricks,A-5-1-2.only pics i could find online were from WWII or recent pics,nothing inbetween.

I'd check with Fort Jackson's Command HQ Section in Columbia, SC. Contact the Historian's Office. They could either give you some book titles or possibly even scan you a few from the archives...... Good luck.

I have some from 1978 of what you're looking for. My scanner's not working right now though. Surely others will be able to send you some snapshots. you can go to images.yahoo.com then type in old pictuers of ft. Jackson or do the same but on images.google.com.
