Why take pills? Did you even know that SOME people who takes those end up having an overdose on it. There are 2 ways I may suggest on how to lose the calories you have: 1. Eat more vegetables. It has lesser fats and calories than meat/rice/fish(Especially salads).2.Excercise. If you don't do this one, you'll really won't lose the calories. An example without going to the gym are:
1. one minute of jogging(6m/1hr), you'll lose 8 calories.
2. Playing (easy pace) jump rope will take out 7 calories per min.
Least is walking(3m/1hr), losing 3 calories per minute.
Now, those were my suggestions. One more thing, excercising daily works more than diet pills.

A placebo.

Seriously, the manufacturers of Xenadrine have a study that shows those who took a placebo actually lost more weight than those taking the diet pill.

Save your money and lose weight the right way--eat better and exercise more.

There are no good diet pills. They all can cause damage to your heart. Plus when people lose weight the un-natural way by taking diet pills, .... when they stop taking the pills, they end up gaining all of the weight back PLUS MORE.

You didn't gain the weight overnight, so you shouldn't expect to lose it overnight. Cut down on your portions, stop eating high calorie junk foods and EXERCISE!

It's called counting calories and eating your fruits and veggies. That's the pill that helped me lose 14 pounds the past month.

Diet pills are VERY dangerous, I wouldn't order any. Most likely they are just a scam and don't work.

Try ephedrine. they need to be taken very cautiously as they do carry risks, but are extremely effective. They work by increase your heart rate, which in turn enables your body to burn off more calories at a faster rate. They should be coupled with a regular excercise routine and a good diet, although this is not essential, but you will see quicker results if you do.
You can buy them on ebay, or probably on the balck market (not quite as safe). Mine are produced by a registered company in Pakistan. I am told they are not available over the counter in the UK or US but they are not illegal, as the product ephedra is found in many cough medicines etc.
They do cause headaches and insomnia for me, but not in my friend. Defo worth a try.

It's called PHYSICAL EXERCISE. It replaces fat with muscle. It's also gtreat for your psyche, helps you cope with higher stress levels and generates energy. Works wonders if taken with vitamins in fresh fruit.
Jokes apart, I know this is not the easy answer you're looking for, but there's no healthy way around it.
