Jesus never messed up anything.
Nearly all that we think that we know about Jesus comes from the early catholic church.
They created a mythology around the idea of Jesus from many pagan traditions.
They borrowed a little from here and a little from there hoping to tone down Jesus' unmistakable unconditionally loving message.
Apparently Jesus' ideas about loving everyone all of the time without any exceptions was a bit too much for the 3rd century church leaders so they corrected the mistakes that Jesus had made and fixed his teachings to better reflect their own personal fears and insecurities.
You can still find the real Jesus in scripture but you need to look very carefully for his true message.
This is why so-called holy books like the bible often seem conflicted. Saying one thing in one place and nearly the opposite in another. These are always examples of the catholic church attempting to fix Jesus' message for him and correcting the mistakes that he made.

i assume this is a wind up question because Jesus didn't mess up the world the industrial revolution did. do you enjoy offending people? Are you a Muslim?

Jesus didnt do it. It was his followers. Jesus was kind of an anticorporate hippy. Actually seems like a guy I'd like to have a beer and a conversation with. His followers on the other hand learned nothing from his stories regarding the pharasies and the money changers

jesus died, crucified on a cross, to save those who messed up this beautiful world his father created. the tragedy of it all? mankind is still crucyfing him....... sooner than later, there will be a price to be paid. jesus was the son of god, he will not send another, to redeem the world, so be careful out there buddies.

genuine Believers are blind to contradiction and have double standards. you're marvelous in keeping this one. They use assumptions to attempt to instruct asssumptions. i don't see that the universe is so suitable. My sister says she talks to her god, so she would be able to tell him i'm not happy that he gave me kidneys that quit and required painful surgical operation with a 365 days of weak point, soreness and soreness before a 2d consultation. that may not my theory of perfection. on the different extreme, the worldwide isn't practically as undesirable as she says...different than in her case. Many organic and harmless issues are callede sins to make human beings sense to blame and pay a clergyman to relieeve that fake guilt. What a swindle. Robert S. DeRopps stated that prepared faith is the oldest con interest. i've got self assurance that!
