He irritates me and he knows it and so does she. It is like a sick game for them. All it does is waste my time and piss me off.

Maybe you should act like you are going to reciprocate to his advances...then maybe your sister wouldn't think it was so funny...and it'd stop.

Don't let them know it bothers you the more they know it bothers you since they seem to think it is a game the more they will continue
If you live at home let your parents know.....
If you live away from home tell your sister it needs to end or you will only hang out with her not both of them

Tell the scum bucket you are getting a restraining order on him the next time he dares to approach you. Tell your sister her guy is going to jail because the minute he breaks the order you are pressing charges and you will not change your mind!

Play along (without actualyl doing anything of course) then maybe your sister will get annoyed and tell him to back off.
Or ignore them both.

when you see then turn around. Don't talk to them, tell your sister that he bothers you. insult him, talk to someone else so that he wont bother you. Better yet get someone to kick his as*. just don't look, listen, to them continue on what your doing, just dont ever be alone with him, never, never. ok. be safe and stay away.
