no i dont think there is. i had this and went to doctors..who sent me for an eye test...very thorough...and it turned out to be 'cluster' headaches...they are gone now...maybe yours will too...so do get an eye test - they are very helpful...and tell you quite a lot of things - the optician will see if you have a problem as well.

For me, it always works well to go into a dark room with a wash cloth on my head. I usually pop some excedrine migraine too. Just turn off the tv, shut out all the lights and lay there. Typically I fall asleep and will feel much better when I wake up. Staring at a computer screen is definitely not going to help you any.

If you get them frequently, I would suggest going to the doctor, just to be safe.

I personally get migraines all the time. I find it best to go into a quiet dark room with a warm washcloth over the eyes and lay there quietly. It seems to help. Quick note: I usually fall asleep and when I wake up I'm much better.

Don't take it normally, it can be very serious for your eyes in future. You may loose your vision also. It should be Glaucoma in very early stage. It can not be cured but it's progress can be stopped.
