i just tried to cut my bangs [myself] and they look awful if i wear my hair down. any suggestions.

LOL! I just did this about a month ago! I don't know what I was thinking but I was bored so figured I'd give it a go! Such a bad idea! I can't wait for them to grow back! My suggestions would be to invest in some cute hair bands, bobby pins and clips. I have been spraying the bangs back then using the bands or clips to hold in place. I also tease them a bit and put them into a bump, which is in style right now. My favourite though is to pull off the side and pin back, wear my hair curly and lay over the pulled back hair so it looks like I just have the hair behide my ears! Good luck, be creative and hopefully both of us have learned from our mistake!!!

oops! we all know that it is NEVER a good idea to cut your own bangs unless you seriously know how to do so. but there are tons of fun, cute ways to wear your hair back and still look great:
first, go to hair cuttery, splash salon, or nirvana hair gallery and get your bangs fixed into side bangs, or trimmed, no matter how short they'll be.
next, go to sally beauty to get the best hair accessories. buy thick headbands, hair clips, bobby pins, Barrett's, thin stick headbands, and scrunchies.
finally, get some mouse and mouse back the bangs and then put them inthe clips and pins and bands. good luck! just let the bangs grow out!!!!

Maybe you should just swoop your bangs to each side of your head to see whic one frames your face the best. People will be focused on your face more than your hair.

get a hair cut from the parlor lyk boy cut or sumthin ....sumthin that ur hair r enuf 4...or simply cover up ur hair n w8....(thts wt i did after gettin a haircut)
