(1) fart when you are around
(2) not laugh at your silly joke - if he liked u he wud laugh at even the worst damn joke in the world - if he does not care then he wud laugh depending on the merit of the joke
(3) never stare at u - if guys like girls they stare at them - which is why when u catch someone looking at u - u immediately sense an interest level

It's not so much what he'd do if he doesn't like you, it's what a guy does when he does like you. A girl needs to give no hints, a girl needs not to push and she needs not to show herself as easy, because when a guy likes a gir(and is old enough)
1) he knows how to make a phone call
2) he knows how to be friendly and nice to her
3) he knows how to send flowers
4) he knows how to be a gentleman
5)he knows how to make her feel like he doesn't just want her for her body parts, but loves her and will wait for her because he thinks of her in the long term, not just as someone to use and push aside for the next girl.
If you're not at least 16, don't waste your time thinking too seriously about boys, because they're only looking at girls as a sport, not in a caring way. You'll get your heart broken if you're too young and trying to figure boys out. 18 and older proceed with caution: date without sleeping with them, so that you can really find out who the users are and who the quality boys are who're not just playing and tossing.

Signs? If the person gives you nasty looks, speaks very negatively about you behind your back, has a short fuse with you, is condescending towards you, calls you really nasty names, spreads rumors about you, makes you out as the butt of his jokes.
Chances are, you already know this person doesn't like you so do yourself a favor and just stay away from them. There's no sense in attempting to befriend someone that isn't friendly towards you.

If a guy doesnt like you in that way then he wouldnt spend much time trying to make you notice him, and if he does like you he would talk to you all the time and he would always try to make you laugh.

ignores or avoid you doesnt always mean that. Shy guys sometimes avoid a girl they like because their nervous. I know I am a shy girl and do that to a guy I like sometimes. Um...if he teases you in a mean not playful way he doesnt like you

not take any interest in what you are saying (ie, no eye contact, being distracted, not bothering to talk with you).
why are you doing this in reverse? why not understand how he might indicate he does like you?
i think you're lacking in confidence and are assuming he doesn't like you, and not giving things a chance.
just smile at him, and see what he does.
