Depends on the type of boat, and what the bride is wearing.... and what age the girls are! Cute little sailor suits or dresses would be nice but not if they are teenagers or older. The bridesmaids always should tie in with what the bride is wearing.

sounds like a semi formal wedding so the ideal is a knee length dress, the fact its on a boat doesnt make a huge amount of difference
