Meet oftenly the same sweet Japanese girl at Baker st bus stop. Dare not even to smile to her. What should I do to be friend to her? I am Chinese from Hong Kong. She is taking 113, I will take off the bus before she does.

next time you see her try and catch her eye and smile at her. if she smiles back, give her a card with a nice message and your phone number in it on valentines day - that would be really romantic! hope it works out

NO ! Don't give her a flower or card on V-day ! You haven't dared to smile at her yet, so if you give her a gift, you'll freak her out !
The first thing you should do is start talking to her ! Try to get the seat next to her or near her and start a small conversation. it'll get better because you can keep trying to do it everyday, when you see her. If you give her a gift without her knowing you, to her, you're a complete stranger. Sure, it might work out well for you but it's risky, so get to know her a bit before Valentine's Day comes around. AND SMILE ! She'll love it, if you give her a nice sweet smile. Oh and eye contact is VERY important !! GOOD LUCK !

Try talking to her first, and see how things go. Even if it was a bit awkward, you'll only have to see her for a few minutes each day. Hopefully if you talk you will get on well, and then you could get her a card. It will freak her out if you just get her a card.
She might well have thought of talking to you before now, but not plucked up the courage herself. Just talk about something general (like how its really cold and the buses are always late) and hopefully you'll get to talking. If all goes well, give her a card on the 14th!
