Of course not. Women can start the conversation. Who knows, it could be a relief for the guy if he was thinking of approaching the woman. Feel free to talk to a guy. It makes him special.

No, women can and increasingly do these days.
The reason guys normally start the conversation though is because any women who is remotely nice gets hit on by loads of guys whilst their out.

no they do not and most men do not start the conversation. it is almost always the girl that does. Unless she is very shy.

their is no hard and fast rule about it..........but usually men have tendency to go togirls and start the conversation......
