Day in and day out,I read about people who disbelieve the presence of an extenal power. We give it a form,we create never ending wars and we also try to deny its existence. But i would like to know if we have the right to do the latter knowing that our world cannot proceed without its help.

Not everyone can intonate with this idea... A force 'is' truly moving, but by giving 'it' form, we aim to destroy 'it'. Let 'it' move us in its various ways... we are all too different to be the same... I prefer imagination as a canvas for which to cloth/bath my symbol of the 'force'.

Again u are making assumptions, why our world cannot proceed without its help ? They does'nt seem to be anyone helping anyone, people are suffering, there is poverty, children are starving in africa and other economically backward areas, there is war, there is torture and suffering, there is death and destruction, the list is endless.......U have full right to see and believe, inspite of st. thomas, or the world may just end, because we believed that which was not the truth. It is better to have a open mind than to believe something, that others say, without proper verification.

Yes. Absolutely. Question everything. Especially incredible claims by dubious sources.

"The important thing is not to stop questioning. Curiosity has its own reason for existing. One cannot help but be in awe when he contemplates the mysteries of eternity, of life, of the marvelous structure of reality." Albert Einstein

Every living thing seem to be created by some external force or a set of such forces, there is no doubt in it.

You can have a doubt that is rational. I think even Prophets had done like that. Prophet Abraham asked God " How You give life". It is just an anxiety rather than doubt. Once it is cleared then they adhere to their faith more.

God does not force us to believe.

Why are we surprised when bad things happen?
Romans 1:28-32
28 And just as they did not see fit to acknowledge God any longer, God gave them over to a depraved mind, to do those things which are not proper,
29 being filled with all unrighteousness, wickedness, greed, evil; full of envy, murder, strife, deceit, malice; they are gossips,
30 slanderers, haters of God, insolent, arrogant, boastful, inventors of evil, disobedient to parents,
31 without understanding, untrustworthy, unloving, unmerciful;
32 and although they know the ordinance of God, that those who practice such things are worthy of death, they not only do the same, but also give hearty approval to those who practice them.

You can do what ever you want.

That's what its all about. Trying different things and seeing how things work out.

Then we adjust our actions and try to make corrections in the outcomes.

Deny what ever you want. None of this changes reality in the least. God is not affected by our whims.

Love and blessings Don

There is no evidence there is any outside force. What you are asking is if it is OK to doubt your imagination is real.

The Creator said "come let us reason together". He is not looking for blind submission. For that He could have made robots, without free will, and then sin would not have entered, and YAHOSHUA would not have had to die for our sins.
