Don't be scared of rejection. How do you think couples ever get together if one of them doesn't take a risk and goes for it ?
If you really want her, just do it ! So what if she rejects you? There's heaps of other girls out there. Don't be regretting it later when you see her with another guy who took a risk and asked her. You'll feel stupid because you let an opportunity slip away.
