look out side your window
or out side your door or just infront of you
look for ugly things /untidy things ,broken torn or ugly things
clean them up ,mend them give them a coat of paint or some soap and water
work untill you are tired
make a list first
dont stop till its is done
drink only water till it is done
when you are egsausted look again make a new list eat something rest then do it again ,you may have to clean inside or outside but one day you will look and see the list is empty you will feel great self satisfaction in a very short time
its the broken energies arround you that drain your energies
start when you can ,but its healing ,amasing what soap ,water and your body can easly do to satisfy you.

The self satisfation your are speaking is that you are talking abiut your body-rememeber you are a soul within it.So try to do something which gives you spiritual satisfaction-such as go to temple ,serve there.!

U have to learn to be satisfied in life. Just accumulating wealth, money, gadgets, luxuries etc. cannot satisfy. We should not get into the competition for vulgar display of wealth, intelligence, skills etc. We should be satisfied with fewer appliances.

by developing control over mind. mind is like moneky move here to there. it require regular spiritual exersice to develop control over the mind. one you achive it you get self saatisfaction in every work.there are differnt other way to s\achive self satifaction like keep the goal and fullfill it, get explanation from someone about self satisfaction, reading about it, with the knowledge of who we are?

of course I satisfied because I got body to serve to peoples and search to self soul and to service of God. and I Satisfied with my simple family all are very good always with me. and guide to every moment.

we forgot, to give, whithout hope nothing, to give our most plentiful possesion, like knowledge, love, friendship, money, advice, because there are many people without some of this things, and if we give a piece of this our possesion, that people will be happy.
