How to win a man back who split after 6months saying his work was too demanding, who cried when he left and who wants to stay in contact and be friends?

It takes time for him to realize what is more important... a job, or love. If he chooses a job, well then hes showing you that your not important to him and thats messed up.

I really think maybe he isnt a commited man and puts his work first. and the crying is maybe he knows hes like this wants to be with you or in a relationship but then gets cold feet and he hates him self for it and wants the control and only be friends

work + relationship = time management. that's all. you don't have to give up your gf/bf just to be good on your work. it's as if you treat your gf/bf a threat on being good on what you're doing. if you really your gf/bf, she/he will be you inspiration to work harder!
he just want to be sure that if he wants to come back, there you
are waiting for him. you have to use your mind and heart at the same time. think if your relationship with him will work after your split up or this one will be just like the first one?! and if think i's the latter one, better to drop it off. it's just a waste of time.

If you loved someone it is impossible to be friends. I think it is a load of rubbish this "friend" thing. You either love each other and are in a committed relationship, or your nothing. none of this half assed approach.

If he cried in front of you when he left, then he is NOT a man. He only plays one in relationships.
But if you want him back, just call him. We both know he is a wuss, so he will take you back in a heart beat.

i think the best solution to this would be is think why u want him back? if it is for the right reason then the only thing u can do is tell him how u feel
