From past experience, guys who are infatuated will pay extra attention to their grooming, clothing, manners, and even pretend to like things you do (even if inside they hate it)! But the funny thing with infatuation is......it's all temporary! Now most relationships do begin with a certain amount of it, but as time passes and the real problems of relationships begin, it quickly goes away! Real relationships are when two people still care about each other and want to be together....even when the initial infatuation stage has passed!

When I'm infatuated with a woman, I get real shy at her and consider my options if I either I would be happy living with her for a long time, ask myself what traits I like about her, and if the time comes and everything seems right - I'll approach her.

Theeir voice will go up an octave or two. They begin to bath regular like, and brush their teeth. They will clean their nails for dinner at her house, and will call incessantly. They will listen to what you did that day, they'll turn the sound down during a football game to listen. They like your cat. They will get flustered during the first or second sex act. All of this will pass. You'll know its over when they don't care if the passenger side windshield is clean.

We have this dumb look on our faces, and a stupid grin. We can't concentrate on anything, and never listen to what you say. We seem to be always looking at a point over the horizon, and trip over things. Oh, yes! I remember it well!
