Looks like a short-haired man wearing a blue shirt. I don't think shirts were invented back then. The entire scene also looks like a painting, rather than a photograph. Notice that the two picture frames are exactly the same colour - not likely in reality. The artist was too lazy to mix a different shade of brown.
Sorry, but this does nothing for me.
