it's time to look at the nutritional facts that are written in every pack of the food that you buy... you could see there averything you need to know about the food that you are buying... choose foods that are less in calories, carbohydrates, fat... preferably 0%... but carbohydrates could have more that 0%... that's what my cousin did..and he lose around 20 lbs in one month... and try to control your self if you're going to dine out... and don't get to desperate to be anorexic or bulemic...it won't do you good especially to your health..

Exercise and healthy food is the best diet. Many like low carbs, no calories and all that are so hard to stick to. Check out the information on this site for help.

The liver cleansing diet. It worked great for me and i kept loosing weight even when i went off it. The diet goes for 8 weeks but after you should ease yourself back into your normal diet. This diet is desingned so that you can go on it and off it. I do it every 12 months or so.

You can buy the book it gives you loads of recipe's and step by step instructions.

well there is something called common sense diet... I think you should not be eating any of the bad foods (and you know what they are)

I think out of all diets Zone is best because its proportionizing of nutritients is good... No low carb or HIGH protien... just every thing right... sometimes getting proportions can be pain in the *** but it is best
