Been with her for 9 years, must admit I've been an arrogant pig for most of it, moody and sometimes violent, really regret it. Now I have changed she dosent want to know! She says I am a aggressive excuse for a man just like her father. (He was pretty bad to her and her Mom) I am trying to do all the things she wants but she thinks it's too late. We still have s.e.x and it's great with her but she pretty much ignores me the rest of the time and I feel a bit used. She is beautiful, great body, bad *** smart and I just completly love her! Help please.

sounds like she is having a hard time seeing the new you.
try to keep showing her that you have changed. do little things to help her around the house, compliment her, take her out, show her your love. maybe find a therapist to help you both.
if she doesn't come around, I would stand up for myself and leave.

if you've been violent with her you can't expect her to believe you've changed - she's got herself out of it and doesn't want to go back there.
if you really have changed then you need to be VERY patient with her. there must be something still there if she's having sex with you. maybe could arrange to meet her somewhere before you have sex and slowly rebuild your relationship outside the bedroom?
you need to really show her how much you've changed, don't see it as being used, see it as an opportunity to show her the new you.
