If you mean the COVER, you can use hot glue. Worked great when my cat scratched mine down. If you mean the speaker, I'd try silicone .... but of course that might not work. All depends on the damage.

Sorry but if you have torn or poked a hole in your speaker you have to replace it.Check out Radio Shack they can probably get you a replacement that will work and it will be at a reasonable price.

Just buy a new one, it will never be the same if you glue it.
