A guy drove into the back of my car - His fault. I found a mechanic who will replace the bumber and hammer out the small dent for £100 (well next to nothing, but he said to tell the guy that figure!- I want to settle this easily. UNFORTUNATELY, that guy that was at fault was driving a 'Company Car' and they want to go through their insurance to get it fixed - What do i do, will this affect my 'No Claims' - i've never had to do this before - Any advice would be great!

No, you'll go through his insurance and they will send you a check to get your car fixed based on your estimate.
YOUR insurance doesnt even have to know, and you dont need to report it. So it wont show up on your record at all.

Gather all the facts, and call their insurance to place the claim. If they take care of it, your insurance will never find out anything happened.

Let them go through their insurance company. It won't affect your claims status as long as YOU don't file a claim with YOUR company.
