The thing that I always looked for was a sense of humour. Sounds so very cliche, but if a Man could make me laugh I was hooked!
I don't think there is a set list for anyone, it all depends what you like personally.

it helps no end if your a decent looking, relitively fashionable lad. however, its mainly confidence pal but not arrogance (although a little bit at the right time goes along way). plus if you like a girl dont be embarrased to go and have a little chat to her infront of her friends (goes along way too). relax, be nice and be cool.
