Oh, I also had that major problem. But now with the use of AMWAY toothpaste, and AMWAY's mouth spray, I solved my problem. Oh, by the way, when you buy these AMWAY products, tell them that Rosario Medina informed you about their products. Because I am an AMWAY Member. If you want, you can also join them. But be sure, don;t forget my name ;)
Good luck!

There is a product called "breath assure". They are little gel filled tiny tablets that you take and they really really work.
Since he has been to the dentist and they can't help, try an ENT. He could have tonsil stones or even sinus stones. These are nasty little white "stones" made up of dead skin cells, food, etc that get trapped in the crevaces of the tonsils or sinuses. Ask him if he has ever coughed up something small and white that smells nastier than anything he has ever smelled! Sometimes they fall out and hit your throat, causing you to cough them up. They definitely cause foul breath. Good luck.
