My brother has a breath problem he's been through dentists and doctors nothing seem to help, what can he use?

Lightly brushing your tongue and gums is a really good idea. It gets rid of bacteria that collect in your mouth. I know it doesn't taste very well, but brushing with baking soda is a good idea and it naturally whitens teeth. You want to remove the creamy-looking, white, brown, or orange layer of gunk on your tongue. Start scraping as far back as possible without gagging and do the sides also. Chronic bad breath can be caused by many different diseases, so if it doesn't go away, see a doctor.

yes... try listerine... and ask him to drink more water...
there might be another possibility that your bro might have serious sinus problem, the bacterias near the nose and airway are growing and makes bad breath. so better ask the doc to check properly. as i know in order to cure it, normally anti biotic will help to kill bacterias but u need take your bro to consult the doc first.
