Soft hands?

does anyone know a non surgical method of achieving soft hands? my hands are real rough like a mans.

-Use lotion every single time you wash your hands.
-Leave a lotion in your car, purse, everywhere can just apply the creme whenever you can.
-Extra points if you put lotion on and then wear gloves to lock the moisture in.
-Make a scrub out of brown sugar and almond oil and scrub your hands for a good five to ten minutes. Make sure to apply a thick creme after!
-Apply a thick creme, wrap your hands in saran wrap and leave for half an hour.
-Never ever do the dishes without wearing gloves!
