Bleach will help hi-light grey hair or a light blond tints or foil hi-lights will give a hi-lighted look. Being a hairdresser I recommend you get this done at a salon and they shall be able to give you all the advise you need. As I cannot see your hair for myself I will not advise you further on what to do but go and see a hairdresser and explain what you want to achieve with your hair.

if your hair is already Grey there are a few things you can do. to whiten it you can do this.

about a hour before you wash your hair apply lemon juice and leave it on till your ready to wash your hair.
you can also use peroxide.
to add a shine take a couple of drops of olive oil and apply after you wash your hair then do a cool rinse

now if this is to much trouble you can either buy a bleach kit or a frosting kit. from any company
