as long as you eat healthy and keep your hair moisturized you hair should grow at the same rate. The thing you have to concentrate on is preventing breakage. So if your hair is too dry and you use those oils along with moisturizing it should grow. But those specific oils as opposed to some other oil don't really make your hair grow any different

Your hair won't grow any rapid doing these matters, but it surely's possible you might make it less susceptible to breakoff if you keep it moisterized (i.E., situation your hair more often than not). My hair is inclined to breakoff/break up-ends and my hairdresser tells me to trim the split ends off quite often (every couple of months) and to most commonly situation my hair with good hair conditioners ...Particularly the ends of the hair. If you happen to moisterize too much on the roots, your hair can appear greasy. Also, if which you can, only wash your hair each other day; this may also support it no longer get too dried out. The concoction you suggest in your query (aloe vera, almond oil, caster oil, coconut oil) may be a just right periodic conditioner (like a deep conditioner that you just depart in for 10-quarter-hour, then rinse off absolutely).

I use a combination of olive oil, vitamin e, jojoba oil, & almond oil. It doesn't leave my hair heavy. The almond oil is especially light and I use it on my skin daily. I've heard that castor oil is really good for helping hair to grow, but haven't tried it.....

myth hair is protein and if you want longer hair eat more protein
also keep in mind your hair is not a live so any damage that is done cant not be repaired you can cover it up but you cant repair it. all those pro vitamin products are a wast of money you hair would have to be a live in order to benefit from them. the only good thing you can do to make your hair look healthy is to keep it hydrated
