is it vitamin E is the most needed vitamin to own a healthy skin?i heard that papaya is good...is it true?i have some acne scars on my face...which fruit or way will help the most to reduce the scars?can anyone tell me?thanks!!!

papaya is good. and so is aloe vera and avocado.

I have acne-prone skin before and I had tried many products and nothing really works, until I tried a product that is rich in aloe vera. Now not only my pimples are gone and i used to have these black marks caused by me squeezing my pimples and that's gone too. My skin is now even-toned and the scars are almost entirely gone. And i promise you, i have only started using this product for a week. One more week....cant wait to have good skin again!!

Eat tofu and drink soy bean milk everyday. Also, drink 8-15 glasses of water everyday. Get rid of sweets, carbonated drinks and fatty food. Always eat fruits and vegetables.
By doing these, you will also lose weight. For I lose weight from 75 kilos to 62 kilos already in 3 months :)
