I have curly hair and i recently bought a new ceramic iron for straightening my hair. Should it be dry or slightly wet? What are the steps to do it successfully and healthy so there won't be much damage? Thank you so much guyz! :)

You should have your hair blow dry 1st, then apply adequate amount of hair serum onto your hair ends, this really helps your hair to retain certain moisture and oil.

Finally, you can use the straightener to iron your hair. Do it several times on a same area of hair, then change another section of hair, repeat straightening procedures if required to make it look straight. When your whole hair is straight, remember to apply some hair serum at the hair ends again, so as to make it look shinier and healthier.

hair should be dry when you use your hot irons. when the hair is still damp is causes the frizzies to occur. divide your hair into at least 4 sections and with each of those sections divide again and apply your iron.
hair care: make sure to condition your hair after shampooing and do a deep comditioner at least once a month. trim your ends every 8 to 12 weeks. also do give your hair a break from the heating tools, sprays, gels etc. the perfumes and acohol in the products tend to dry out the hair also.
