Where can I buy fake brandname neckties in Bangkok? I heard that you can get some nice silk ties at Baht 150/ piece.

Firstly, if they're for 150, then they're definetly not real silk neck ties. Yes they are fake. And yes they are for 150. On the streets of sukhumvit and silom the vendors will sell them. For slightly better quality, check out one of the gazillion tailor shops on sukhumvit.

Everywhere has them....Silom night market or Suan Lum Night Bazzar are two good places to start. Silk ties for 20 to 200 Baht.

There are some stalls sell them in Sukumvit Road near Nana Skytrain Station.

Think you may have to Haggle over the Price Though or better still to send a Thai to get the Ties that you like.

Many is not silk at all. You will see " Made in Thailand 100% Thai silk" But that only mean they are made in Thailand 100%, not that its Thaisilk 100 %. So take care.
I know the places they make it, and they are mostly goodlooking fake silk.

just about any of the night markets, espeically the one in Patpong 1, or try Chatuchak weekend market which is awesome with everything you could ever imagine being on sale. Be warned though this market is massive, I'd recomend going to this one early morning.

Fakes with brand names are not that common. You will probably find many cheap ties everywhere as long as you avoid the shopping centres.

you can get them at any open air market, morning, weekend or evening. don't matter.
