I don't think its so much blindness as people seeing each other's souls and personalities. Have you ever met somebody (opposite sex or not) that at first meeting you judged as unfortunate looking and then after knowing them you don't see that anymore but just see their good points? I have and I think it must have something to do with seeing beyond the physical and looking into the personality, character, soul or spirit of the person. Or maybe the guy/girl is just filthy rich and the girl/guy goes for that! lol

the lovers are blind. i dont think that anyone knows the real value of love anymore. i hear of so many people who are afraid that the person they are seeing is seeing someone else and they are too insecure about it. they are too worried that their partner is cheating to stop and actually look at what is going on right in front of them. love is all around just open up and let it find you. when the right person finds you looks dont matter and its other things that make you happy such as personality and smiles and jokes. the little things.

I think that it's a little bit of both. The mind does originally fall for someone who is more attractive. Yet, then the heart falls for beauty on the inside.

My boyfriend I didn't have an attraction to him and we were friends from work, and that was it, it wasn't until I hung out with him in private out of work that I saw how incredibly attractive he is, and now I can't stop thinking and telling him how sexy he is.

So as i said, i belive it's a little bit of both. In the sense that you ask the question.

in some cases lovetrs find each other and some cases lovers r sometimes blind to see that theyre perfect for each other so love takes time with some people to find their soul mate.

lovers are blind! because they don't see anything that is unpleasant to the one they loved....about the case you have observed, that's the true love coz they are not looking at the outer beauty but the inner beauty of the person they love...advance happy valentines day!!!

People like others based on interior, subconscious factors.

Other people see those choices that they would not make, and think, huh?

If it works for the couple, let it be.
