Your shoes are too tight. Buy wider or bigger size shoes.
Also what kind of shoe do you wear when you go running?

Sounds like shoe issues. Here's a couple possibilities:
(1) Your feet will swell when you run, so if they're tight to start with they'll be really really tight after a little running, which cuts off circulation. Try starting with them slightly looser than normal and see how you settle in while running. Don't go crazy and make them super-loose or you'll risk ankle injuries.
(2) Your shoes might be too small. Because of the swelling it's best to upsize. The shoes should be a little long when you try them on in the store. For example, my normal shoe size is an 11, but my running shoes are a 12. It depends on the specific shoe, of course, so check with a running store and get a professional fit.

i get the same exact problem in my feet. first off, if you have any arch supports that might be the problem, it can cut off the circulation sometimes. or if the shoe is too tight. it might also just be the either the way you are running or your foot. it has happened to me many times before after i hit around the three mile mark, and believe it or not, the only thing that i have ever had to do is stop for a minute (three tops) and kind of massage or shake out the foot. after that i put the shoe back on and suddenly i am good to go for the rest of the race. and I'm talking half-marathons and 30K's. if it is really a problem, like once i ran with it numb for over a mile and it got really messed up, then slightly loosen the laces, you might be one of those people that where their shoes to tight because it makes the shoe feel more secure.

It could be several things.
Your shoes could be too tight.
How cold is it where you're running and are you wearing enough to keep your feet warm?
Also, have you been consuming alot of sodium recently? Consuming too much salt can hinder your circulation.
If it is a circulation issue, you may want to look into taking Vitamin B (or a multivitamin) to help improve circulation. I have the same tingling issue in my hands when I swim alot and haven't been taking my multi-vitamin.

I used to have that problem where my foot would go numb and get that tingling sensation while running. I went to the doctor and it turned out I had an iron deficiency. The doc told me this is rather common among active, menstruating females to have low blood iron. Just take iron supplements or eat more meat during the week. That helped my problem and haven't had that horrible dead feeling in my feet since.

good move on getting new shoes fitted properly,
do you only get this when you run on a treadmill? try running on a track or street and see if it still happens. a lot of people tend to "pound" their feet more on a treadmill, which can cause numbness like that. you want to check out your form, and see how hard your feet hit the ground. you want less pounding and more of a rolling motion, with your heel hitting first and rolling through to your big toe.

Numbness or tingling of the lips can be due to nutritional deficiencies. See a doctor to rule out any neurological disorder.

Try to roll your feet, relax and glide while you run.
