There is more and more evidence that regular masturbation for both men and women has substantial short and long term mental and physical benefits. Hey I've been jacking off since I was 12 and I'm 66 now and ain't blind or crazy yet...no plans to stop doing it either. I'll leave the description of the act to the "spirual gurus" (whatever they are!) out there.

It is said that 99% of males masturbate and the other 1% are lying, but the true figure is probably closer to 90%. Even apes and monkeys do it, both males and females, and it is absolutely normal behaviour and does no harm, unless the person has been brought up to believe that they are committing a sin, when it can result in conflict and stress. It is also possible to masturbate without reaching orgasm, releasing no sperm, through tantric yoga practices. Some people believe that it limits progressing further spiritually; life is a series of tradeoffs.
