and it gets freezing at work...there is no heat on the first floor building...I told the building manager to please turn the heat on at night during my shift and he said he would...the next night, i arrived it was the same way-cold...It is as cold as it is inside than in...I don't understand why he did not turn it on...every other floor has the heat on but my desk is on the first floor so i must stay there...I think he is doing this on purpose because every floor is toasty warm but the first (where I work) feels like the north pole...I'm concerned about my health

I am going to talk to him again today when he comes in to work, what should I tell him? This is my last time warning him...so if he doesn't turn it on again, what should i do? and is there a way I can get someone to come & investigate this because its ridiculous! thanks

You always follow "chain of command , when u have a grievance at work. Report the problem to your immediate supervisor, if that doesn't work out, give it time, then go to the next level.
dress in layers when you go to work to stay warm.
I doubt this is a personal issue with heat and all, probably just a coincidence.
don't worry about your health.
U could always put in for a transfer to another floor, if that is possible.
