Hi guys and gals what do you think what ramdev is teaching is right or something is missing cause according to my yoga masters we should do the kriyas before we do Pranayam....

Swami Ram Dev is a teacher of repute. Before his coming to picture, Yoga was popular amongst few % of people in the population. He has made it a household name. People have come to believe in the curability and prevention of disease through Yoga. I can not disbelieve him. You have every right to doubt and select your own course.

It is too intense for ordinary masses. Ram Dev is fine for Ram Dev. Not for me. 99% of the people cannot do what he does. In my opinion, he is showing off more than showing an ordinary person how to do yoga the right way.
Do your pranayam any time of the day but not in full stomach. That's the golden rule. This is why you do your kriyas.
But early morning, as the sun comes up if you do pranayam it has good effect on you. You feel fresh and feel good the whole day. This is the basic principle behind doing yoga in the morning.

Baba Ramdev is right,
His Yoga's are required and essential for everyone.
Regarding the Sequence it is not necessary to do everything in the same way.

no such thing as right yoga ,what suits one will not another ,take the best and leave the rest the roll of yoga is to unite body and soul and how you choose is a personal thing.as long as you achieve the benefits.

pranayam the way masters teach is not supposed to be taught to us mortals. its way too complicated... Ram Dev has made it easy for it to learn and share the knowledge.
I remember my grandfather who was himself an expert told me to get my yam, niyam and other limbs of yoga down before teaching me pranayama...

see yoga is a broad concept
but yes i think so that his teachings r right bcoz not one or two most of the country has tried it out n have got mindblowing effects too.
