There are millions of people who are living in this world and doing a perfect job of living, without any intervention of God. Their karma is their Guru. From whatever objects you take your lessons, that object is a sort of Guru. The shudras never have a guru. I have no disrespect for the two gurus. They must be great souls with a lot of compassion over flowing with them and that is the reason many flock to their fold. Let their tribe grow and all the followers be enlightened. Let the Guruparampara save mankind from the ills of poverty, lack of love, hatred and all other evils. More than ever before, now is the time, we need the blessings of the spiritual leaders and saints to save mankind from evil.

There is one book called "The Autobiography of a Yogi" written by Paramahamsa Yogananda available in all leading book stores. This book was also translated into various Indian languages.
He had clearly narrated his search for a Guru. He meets one Guru who says that his real Guru will be some body else and ultimately locates him.
If you read that book all your doubts will be clarified.

This is not even a question to think over that
HH Mata Anandamurti Guru Maa and
HH Pt. RaviShanker Ji
are Sadguru or not.
They are Sadguru, and the disciple should only consider the good things taught by them, He should not go to their personal lives or so...
Still, I have deep belief in them and i consider them Sadguru.

see i cant comment or tell anything about ur above mentioned ppl but listen its belief which u keep on a person .
u cant just make a note on a person without knowing him
ppl following art of living or other guru mentioned r not fools they must have come across the things which i n u have not

They too are humans, and thats just all. Your real self is the greatest sadguru, as the Supreme, the Almighty, God, Allah, Bhagwan are all within you yourself. Listen to your Inner Self and you will always surge ahead on the path of Ultimate Happiness. Gurumaa and Panditji, with their enormous knowledge, also guide their disciples to listen to your Inner Self, i.e., the voice of UNIVERSAL GOD.

Why should you try to pass judgements and classify based on comparative standards; If you are happy to follow their instructions do so with due acknowledgement
Should you be able to emulate them and be happy do so - don't ask for suggestions

Your first Sadguru is your brain as it never misguides you. Therefore any person who doesnt misguide you is your sadguru irrespective of whether he is anandamurthi gurumaa or a person like you and me
