i just had my two front teeth removed and I find it hard to pronounce S"" and TH"" Im so scared that it might fall and the palate is really annoying...

Will I get through this....specially the problem is I sing... and Im scared that it will forever be this hard to speak....

Is this temporary cause its new or forever will i have this accent....?

If you have a partial denture and it fits correctly, you really shouldn't have this problem. You may want to talk with your dentist and see what he says. It could be that you need time to adjust. Another option for you, if it is only your front teeth, is to get a bridge. This would be a permanent fixture and there would be no palate attached.

Your just have to keep practicing, retrain your mouth to say those types of words. You might sound a little different, but it shouldn't be too noticeable if you practice. The more you do it the less it will sound weird.
