some people do. then there are others who feel there is something missing. I don't think they are "in love" they just feel a strong love. being "truly in love" would be a combo feeling of total contentment and selfless love, within yourself and your partner. I don't believe it is a one sided feeling. at least not how i have experienced my "true, in love" feelings.
