I get up with hubby at about 6.15, put the kettle on for a brew and warm up some milk for my daughter, 19months who is harassing her dad in the bathroom at that point. Make breakfast for hubby, daughter and I and watch the news til 7 when we wave hubby/daddy off to work.

About then nipper wakes up(son, 7months) so it's feed him, change him dress him while my daughter goes and wakes up my 7yr old-whose breakfast is next on the agenda.

While he's eating I chase my daughter round the house in order to catch her and get her dressed.

I usually put the kettle on for brew number 2 at this point and have 5 minutes before loading up the pushchair and walking to the bus stop.

We get back in the house at about 9am and we all play. I fit in the housework as the kids naps dictate.

I am up at 7AM, get my boys up and get them ready for preschool. They watch cartoons while I am cleaning up the kitchen and having a cup of coffee. Their school bus runs about 8AM. After they leave then I usually put on a load or 2 of laundry and clean the house up. Have lunch. Boys are home a little after 2pm. If hubby has to work that evening, then dinner is ready by 2:30pm---he leaves at 3pm. The rest of the evening I am fixing me and the boys a small supper, cleaning up the kitchen, finishing up with laundry, playing with my boys, then at about 7:30pm they are having their baths and getting ready for bed. Their bedtime is 8:30pm. After they are in bed, I take a shower. Then maybe play around on here for a while, or watch some TV till about 11pm, then I am in bed.

I have 2 children also, one is 4 and the other is 18 mnths, my morning starts at 7 when I get up to make my partner breakfast and his lunch before he goes to work at 7.45, then my kids get up and I prepare breakfast for them and get them dressed, I leave the house at 12pm to get 4 yr old to school and am back home at 1pm, then I get lunch with my baby and he has a nap while I do the housework, leave again at 2.30 to pick 4yr old up at 3pm and after that we all go for a walk, cafe, swings or indoor adventure place if its really a special occasion or raining! then its home to prepare dinner for 6.10pm as thats when my partner gets home and we all eat together, kids to bed at 8.30 and then my partner and I relax on the sofa watching tv or a film (on sat nite) bottle of red wine and some beers!

Im up between 6:30am and 7:30am - my son usually follows
we then go downstairs, he has a drink, we wave daddy off to work, then we sit and watch some tv and have breakfast. i then do the pots and after that get us upstairs to get dressed. After getting dressed i either go to the shops or if i have lots of housework to do i will stay in and do that whilst my son plays with his toys/watches a dvd or something

I get up between 7-8am depending on when my month old baby wakes up - then get my 5 year old ready for school, leave house at 9am (might still be wearing pyjamas at this point), come back and spend the rest of the morning indoors looking after baby, doing misc household stuff, watching some TV and reading the paper.

I don't have any kind of routine until I get some coffee in me. Once I have coffee, I discuss the day with my son (any errands we have to run, etc.)--who gets up ungodly early-- we have breakfast, then he'll watch a cartoon or two while I shower and whatnot. He helps me with the housework and we spend the rest of the day running errands and/or with other activities.
