my jelly arms. my feet feel pain and my brain gets endorphans but the flab you get on the underside of your arm just never goes away. thank god for sleeves

Mine was the arms aswell but than I changed the routine and different techniques. Instead of using a bar, I used the dumbbells. That way you isolate the specific muscles and you work them harder because the one arm is not picking up the slack. By doing dumbbells, repetitions until you can't lift anymore and break for a minute and resume the same reps and repetition. By burning your muscles out, you break and tear the muscles fabric inside your arms. As your body repairs itself, it recongnizes that you need to get stronger to avoid more injuries. Thus it builds you up, your muscles grow and voila, you got a very nice response. Just need to break the muscles and work them till their dead and rest for 2 days or until the soreness is gone and your ready for the gym again.
