I wanted to arrive to the church in a limo, but everyone does that now a days. What other cars are there?

Does anyone have any ideas of transportation to hire thats a little more sophisticated. Modern but not too old fashioned. Also within a good price range in the london area.

Go to a wedding car company and see what they've got. I think limos are tacky but thats just me. I got married last year and we went to and left the registry office in an old Bentley. It really depends on what YOU want. If you want a limo, have it and dont worry about what everyone else does or doesnt do!

If you make it there ontime and look really nice in your dress then almost anything will do. How about a London Bus, then everyone could jump on it afterwards to go to the Reception. Horse and Karts are nice too but consider the weather.

I wish you luck on your special day and I'm well jealous. Never ever made it that far :-(

I arrived in a 1926 Rolls-Royce which was rather nice. If Classic cars aren't you're thing how about a modern Sports car (not with a big dress though!)?

I would check into classic or antique car clubs in your area. Many of the owners will drive you in their cars for a fee.

You could look into renting a car, either an older classic car, or a newer sports car.
