1. ka-do wo erande kudasai. dochi demo ii desu.
2. wasurenaide ne.
3. go isho-ni yuhan wo tabete kuremasen ka?
4. o hisashiburi.*
5. anata wa nihonjin desu ka?
6. heiki desu. (or daijo-bu desu.)**
7. shinppai shinaide kudasai.
* This is used mainly when you haven't seen someone in a while. So, I guess it's closer to "Long time, no see".
** heiki is more like "It's ok" and daijo-bu is more like "no worries". I understand will be "wakarimashita".

On the side note:
desu (i.e. dochi demo ii desu.)= politely ending the sentence.
ka? (i.e. go isho-ni yuhan wo tabete kuremasen ka?) = politely confirming question.
- (i.e. daijo-bu) = extend the previous vowel (In this case, the "o")

1. is a little unspecific. Does it mean "Please pick/choose any card"? If so,
kaado wo totte/erande kudasai
2. wasure naide kudasai
3. konya yuushoku wo watashi to goissho itadakemasuka?
(or konya issho ni yuushoku wo ikaga desuka?)
4. mata oai dekite ureshiku omoi masu.
5. anata ha nihon no kata desuka?
6. dai joubu desu. mondai arimasen. wakari mashita.
7. kini shinaide kudasai (This one is same as "Never mind", if you mean something like "Cheer up", it will be "genki dashite kudasai")

There are many other translations but I picked up polite and normal ones.
