Okay, let me elaborate.

Which groups believe in what they believe more:
A- Children in Santa Claus and The Tooth Fairy

or

B- Christians and Muslims in God?

If the children DOn't live in the Western society and you don't know who tooth fairy and santa claus are, just skip this question.

I would want my child to believe in Santa Claus; it's cute. it doesn't deter their life the way religion does.

Well, when I was a child, I did believe in Santa Claus and the tooth fairy more than God.

You see, I had proof. I lost a tooth, but it under my pillow, and a quarter did appear when I woke up. On Christmas day, there was presents under the tree. This definitely made the Tooth Fairy and Santa Claus credible entities.

I prayed to God that the school bullies would leave me alone and they didn't. They gave me grief all the way through high-school. So after 12 years of prayer with no effect, that would support the non-existence of a Supreme deity, at least a loving one.

Of course, not that I'm older, I can understand how the Tooth Fairy and Santa Claus thing works. I'm beginning to understand God a little, but I'm still working on it.

Best wishes.

The tooth fairy and Santa Claus bring money and gifts whereas God just lets us get on with messing up. Much easier to believe in Santa and the tooth fairy.
WARNING:
If you believe in the tooth fairy do not sleep with your head under the pillow or you will wake up with a mouth full of money and no teeth.
I am sorry but I cannot treat the question seriously.

I don't know if the Tooth Fairy and Santa Claus, are part of our society or if they are taught to children through religion.

Either way, it's pathetic that we teach our children about fictional characters.

Do all religions teach their children to believe in these characters? Do Atheists allow their children to believe in these lies?

Good question!!

That already occured about 2 hundred years in the past with the Scottish Enlightenment. Now the area is a thanks to %. up countless the expensive products of the puzzle which we threw out alongside with the superstition, faith, santa and the enamel fairy. The Shamans have not in basic terms been operating interior the darkish you comprehend. countless thousand years of different exploration have not been in ineffective. From the Tibetans to the Siberians to the Plains Indians and the historic Bolivians there are strains of subtle actuality and connection with the forces and intelligience of this planet and Universe that purely a fool may ignore about.

'twas written in the book given to thee that thou should be as a child! Should not ye believest like a child?

Thou should believest like a child, but can thee? 'twas the reason this instruction was given! A child believeth what is taught, but an adult searcheth for reason.

'tis clear that the child doth believeth more in things that do not exist, for the child is never subject to ridicule! Alas, the adult be. Again, I say to thee, 'twas the reason this instruction was given.

funny!

I think religious people know in their hearts that it's baloney, that's why they spend so much time dealing with 'crises of faith' and temptation. If they thought it was true 100%, they would all act like Mother Theresa
