I'm about to start a weightloss program, so I think it would be interesting to see what people think before and after.

If you think this is a silly question please don't bother answering!

Also, just so you know the "program" I'm talking about, is one I'm setting up myself. I know about 6 times more about weightloss than I probably need to know, so I'll definately lose the weight. I've just had trouble applying it, because I've been too hard on myself. I go to the gym and walk my dog everyday. I'm going to figure out all my favourite foods and figure out a healthy way to eat them.

If you wanna be updated about my progress, and when I reach my goal let me know, and I'll email you on your yahoo account!

Have a nice day =)

Everyone loves a success story lol!

I'm not 100 kilo's!!! I do think I would look good at 70 kilo's though, I'll give you that. My goal weight is more like 60 kilo's though so theres no chance of being called "a beached whale" or even just a "fatty" again.

I don't need liposuction. Its expensive, and just an easy way out. Also I'm only 17, so once I've lost the weight, theres a big chance no-one will ever know I was overweight just by taking a quick glance at me!

Thanks for the suggestions anyway =)

I think you look fine. Remember losing weight and getting fit have to be self motivated, you have to be in the right frame of mind and want to do it for YOU! Set yourself realistic goals and dont be down hearted if you dont lose as much as you had hoped one week, look back at what you have already achieved!
My best tip is that a bad day doesnt have to turn into a bad week, dont spend 7 days eating junk and not exercising just cause you ate chocolate pizza and ice cream one day.

Good Luck!!!!

Saying how much you should weigh is not an easy question to answer. There are factors that need to be determined. Such as, how you are built. Large, Medium or small? That will change your weight a bit.

I go to sites and plug my weight in and it tells me whats a healthy weight to be!! I just had a baby 5 months ago. I am only 5'2 and weighed 167 pounds when I came home. I am down to 132 but still have some work to do. I dont go off of what others think I should weigh or what the web pages say. I go off of how I feel about myself....health wise.

I would love to know about your progress. If anything we could encourage each other :)

Nourish your body thin, instead of starving your body fat. Good carbs like celery and carrots will never make you fat. Bad carbs like cake will, but you don't need to know the whole science of glycemic load. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin and healthy. Salt has no calories but makes you fat and burning more calories does not help this fatness.

Find out about fastest way to lose weight, most effective exercise, good and bad fats, water retention and secret trick used by models to flatten their tummy before an event. Reading a book will take you hours but the information on a post, taking minutes to read, is not enough. The webpage below has just enough to know what you need to know. Links page has gov. BMI calculator to find out just how much overweight you are (teens plug in your age to compare to others your age).

Okay, to be within the healthy weight range for your height, you need to lose at least 35lb-40lb.

You look quite slim in the second picture actually, but if you are carrying too much body fat, this is besides the point.

Take care and good luck with your progress!

I think you are fine. look for an activity that you love ... dont focus on the weight so much as having fun. Dance Dance Revolution is fun and bellydancing is a blast. With bellydancing you have fun & it tones up you feminine shape. I think the obessession with a number damns all efforts in the end.

I don't think you need to lose to much weight remember guy's like girls with curves. That skinny model look is a fading fad and it's dying fast.
