women ARE better flirters....I know why...
There is so much a woman can get away when flirting (eg tapping his bum as passing by) where as if the guy did it he would be in trouble. So we have that advantage!

Well if you made your judgement based on the success rate of flirting to get what you want then yes. Men are so easily influenced by a smiling woman, but that nice smile won't last for ever
