No, but hickeys are basically a bruise, and repeated bruising can cause issues. Hickeys are disgusting anyway, I know some folks think they are cool, but I can't imagine a bigger turn off. Well, yes I can, lots, but hickey have always grossed me out.

no. cancer is not communicable. a hickey is nothing more than a contusion, i.e., bruise.
