There are many places in the world where French is spoken as one of the main languages. Think of all those famous Swiss clinics. Some of them must be in the French speaking part of the country. If you decide to volunteer to work with " Medecins sans frontieres" you may work in Africa where French is widely spoken.What about Quebec or working in New Caledonia or Tahiti?

Work at the Pasteur Institute - its world renowned - some of the greatest research in the world is being done there. There are other opportunities, but this is the one I came up with first. Also check out "INSERM".
