hey i need some help i made a like work out doing my push bike ect and the larst couple of days my bike stuffed up so i went for a run instead and i liked it more then riding in the morning my goal is losse all of my body fat as farst as i can i dont eat junk food eg fizzy drinks and lollies i eat vegies and my 3 meals a day and i have banna and 4 weet bix no suger what do yous think about going for a run in the morning then run home and cool down ect then get ready for school and ride to school its about 8 km to school easy for me but do yous think going for a run in the morning then riding to school would be beter then doing 30 km a day ????

just to let yous know i use to play foot ball ect on the week ends but i rather rest or go for a bush walk my mind is set on my goal and that is lossing the rest of my body fat and i think runing in the morning then riding to school would be good plus i dont eat past 8 at night and i neva skip any meals ect

Hmmm you are still young to have a diet... doctors say that you need to be at least 18 years old to have a diet, but also I had your problem when I was 16 I was very very fat but what I did to lose weight was this:

1.- I take 5 meals a day, my first meal everyday is a Slim·Fast ready to drink shakes mixed with linaza from Canada, for the rest of the 4 meals I try to eat whatever that I like BUT in a small portion and also I use to eat vegie salads, fiber bars, etc.

2.- I drink a lot of water but not too much anyway go to this site to know how much water YOU should drink a day http://nutrition.about.com/library/blwatercalculator.htm

3.- I don't drink sodas

4.- I bought a pedometer, so I try to walk the 10,000 steps a day because it is supposed that people should walk 10,000 everyday, I know it looks too much but you can do it! my legs was very very fat but since I have been walking 10,000 everyday my legs look MUCH more better! BUT you should start walking first in a slow amount I mean start first with 2,000 later 3,000, etc.

5.-In summer I try to do more fitness like pilates, etc

Also I have heard that if your first meal is cereal it can help you to lose weight... but I don't know I have not tried this... hope this can help you and good luck.

Well it sounds like the run would be more than enough. If you are eating not too much. Try not to eat too late, drink plenty of water. You're young and you metabolism will respond very quickly to 30-60 minutes of vigorous exercise a day. Maybe if you get your bike sorted out you can mix it up a bit with that, or do some kind of sport on your weekend. Good luck.
