Hi pluged in my xbox scart to my tv and the display jumps up and down and side to side also and scrambles now and then seem to see all colors are there and sound but wont stay put also my text is doing the same thing also other then the tv works fine and the av rca in work fine also .This tv has noway to adjust jumpy picture

Sounds like you Xbox is sending the wrong signal system.
If in the UK / Europe it should be set to PAL
If in the USA it should be set to NTSC
Some other Countries still use SECAM
Is there a menu on the Xbox to set the output System ?

Seems to me like your scart lead pins are damaged. You might need another scart lead.
