I'm a Malaysian, and in my life, i have heard only a person that answered the question using unbelievable. and that guy almost became the no 1 motivator in my country. he had been asked the question just a minute before he appeared on a television program. but until now, i didn't hear about him anymore.

I would say, "oh really? what's so unbelievable?" that way if its good or bad, i didn't set myself up for an awkward response from them.
